Aaron joined the B&T family in May of 2023 as the firm’s Finance and Operations Manager.

Aaron was born in Abilene, Texas, but calls the cities of Big Spring and Waco, Texas home. He graduated third in his class from Sands CISD in 2019. After deciding that he would like to try living outside of the desert that is west Texas, he moved to Manhattan, Kansas, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Kansas State University. Aaron is engaged to his best friend and college sweetheart, Samantha. Together, the two are trying to survive raising Koda, a one-year-old coonhound with zero manners and an endless source of energy.

Aaron enjoys spending time with his friends and family, traveling and going on trips with no planned destinations, and watching Kansas State Wildcats sports and Dallas Cowboys football. He’s also been known to never turn down a cold beer and a good conversation.

Aaron takes pride in his work, pays close attention to detail and has a passion for helping others. He looks forward to carrying over these services to the B&T Team and clientele.
