Eva Ragas


Eva Ragas joined the B&T family in April of 2019 as a paralegal. She was born in California but was raised between both California and Mexico. She attended Brawley Union High. After high school graduation, Eva served in the United States Army for eight years on active duty and the Air Force Reserves for an additional 4 years.

Eva decided to pursue a degree in counseling after her career in the military. She currently holds an Associates Degree in Liberal Studies from Central Texas College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts with a major in Psychology/Sociology from Texas A&M - Central Texas. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy (although she intends to primarily use her education to help her family law clients rather than provide active therapy).

Now eleven years after starting her legal career, Eva still loves her career. She has worked for local attorneys across Central Texas for many years. She particularly enjoys serving clients who are veterans and share her commitment to service to her country and community.

Outside the office Eva enjoys spending time with her son Miguel. She also enjoys playing video games, reading, and gathering with friends and family.

We work hard to ensure the strategy gives our client every advantage possible and their very best chance at success. We then implement that strategy as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • We play to win. While we cannot guarantee outcomes in any case, we always do our best to see that our clients come out on top. We want our clients to know without question that their success matters to us more than their payments.

  • We serve at the clients’ pleasure. If for any reason whatsoever the client decides he/she is better off with a different attorney or law firm, we will respectfully and professionally do whatever we can to get the new attorney or law firm up to speed and ready to handle the case. We vow to never object to a client’s request to seek alternative counsel, and we promise to return 100% of any unearned advance payments.
