Morrisa Crye-Hill
Managing Paralegal – Waco and Dallas,
Ms. Morrisa Crye-Hill, Managing Paralegal – Waco and Dallas, was born and raised in central Texas. She attended Riesel High School, and after high school graduation decided to pursue a nursing degree at McLennan Community College. Confronted by the realization that she couldn’t stand the sight of blood, she decided a career change was in the cards. Thankfully for B&T, Morrisa decided that the legal field was her top choice.
Sixteen years later, Morrisa is still in the field she has grown to love. She has worked for several local attorneys as an assistant law librarian, receptionist, office clerk and eventually as a paralegal. In 2016 she received her certificate in paralegal studies from McLennan Community College. She originally joined B&T as a paralegal, but she has since become the managing paralegal for both the Waco and Dallas offices.
Outside of the office Morrisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Jimmy Hill, and their 4 children; Destanie, Jackson, Brayden, and Lilly. They are very active in their local community of Hallsburg, Texas – where they enjoy country living, riding horses, and raising cattle and a pack of hounds. Morrisa is an active member of her church, Trinity Lutheran Church of Riesel, and has been a board member for the past 3 years of the Trinity Early Childhood Learning Center. She also enjoys family gatherings and cooking for her family and friends.
As Morrisa has said, “I have been called hard-headed and stubborn most of my life, but alongside the amazing attorneys at B&T, those traits some perceive as negative have become my best assets.”
